For those of us who made a New Year’s resolution to eat healthy in 2017, below is an article from the Wall Street Journal warning us that sugar causes obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
Furthermore, sugar causes inflammation in the joints, making arthritis worse. As a result, we take anti-inflammatory medication like Advil or Aleve. Why not just eat an anti-inflammatory diet instead?
